I think I finally know how Remus Lupin felt during his teenage years. James and Sirius would do a stupid prank and get the whole group in trouble. -_-; Well, I just had to deal with that Thursday.

I’ve recently joined a group of girls (Rachael and Kelsey!) but they aren’t as “innocent” as I thought. Granted I’m used to one loud and outgoing friend, but this time I have two. Both are trouble when put together. O_o; All I can do is watch as they do something stupid and I’m left blubbering out an excuse for their actions.

Much like Remus, though, I won’t be ditching them. They mean well and accepted me despite how many other people have just stopped talking to me. ;_; These guys are the Prongs and Padfoot to my Moony. ~<3 Hopefully I’ll make it through this friendship alive.

X’D Guess why I’m only just now writing this? I got grounded on Tuesday (November 4) because I “disrespected” my mom. She had wanted me to make the mac n’ cheese (assuming that earlier I had said I would (I had avoided that question at that time)) so when I said “No.” she got mad. O_o; I hate it when I upset her because she usually ends up either crying or yelling. Both break my heart.

This time was yelling and I’m not one to back down. This is a really stupid trait of mine since it seems to always be the cause of my groundings. Dx So we yelled back and forth about who was not helping who and about how game-saying my mom was being. I hate it when people forget all the good things just to prove how bad someone is. I hope I’m not like that when I have kids of my own. >.>

I ended up grounded for a week. My mom also said that if she caught me on it before my punishment is up she’d unplug my computer straight from the wall. Then she’d pack it away never to be seen again. I know she won’t, though. At most she’d take the power cord and hide it till she’s done being mad again.

I just needed to suck up to her for a few days and VOILA: instant un-grounding. ^w^ My mom is so easy to crack, it’s sad. *shakes head* Still, I love her and I’m trying so desperately to be a better daughter. It’s just so hard when the teenage years are still upon me. Stress, love, and hormones are killer, right?
